Rise and Shine
Summer will soon be here in the UK and I can’t wait for beach days and long walks in the midday sun. This inspired my DT make this week using the ‘ Rise and Shine ’ stamp set and ‘ Strobes ’ stencil all available from Visible Image . Background Spray ‘Tumbled Glass’ Distress Spray Stain onto a round die cut piece of white card. Dry with a heat gun. Place the ‘Strobes’ stencil over the top of the inked background and blend ‘Salty Ocean’ distress ink through it. Stamp the bubbles from the ‘Rise and Shine’ stamp set onto the background using Versamark and heat emboss with Wow superfine opaque bright white embossing powder. Repeat with ‘Salty Ocean’ distress ink. Splatter the background with ‘Tumbled Glass’ Distress Spritz Spray and white ink. Focal Element Stamp the sun from the ‘Rise and Shine’ stamp set onto white card with Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink and heat emboss with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder.
