June in Bloom - June 2026 Visible Image ATC Swap

’June in Bloom’ is the theme for the June 2026 ATC swap over on the Visible Image Facebook page. After ‘no mow’ May and the recent hot spell everything seems to have sprung into life in abundance. This inspired the ATC I made for this month’s swap. For my ATC I’ve chosen the fabulous ‘Carefree Days’, ‘Sketched Tulips’ and ‘Creative Chaos’ stamp sets as well as the ‘Atmospheric’ stencil.

To start, I took an ATC sized piece of white card and sprayed it with ‘Tumbled Glass’ and ‘Twisted Citron’ Distress Spray stains before using a lot of water to dilute the colours. The text from the ‘Sketched Tulips’ was then stamped onto the ATC using ‘Salty Ocean’ and ‘Twisted Citron’ Distress ink.

Up next, the main flower from the ‘Creative Chaos’ stamp set was stamped onto the ATC using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink and heat embossing with Wow regular clear gloss embossing powder. Another flower was stamped onto white card using the same ink before being heat embossed in the same way. This was fussy cut out and put to one side. A ‘moon’ was created on the background of the ATC around the flower head using the smaller circle on the ‘Atmospheric’ stencil before being coloured in using a white colouring pencil and edged with a sparkly gel pen.

The meadow feel was created using the small floral elements from the ‘Sketched Tulips’, ‘Creative Chaos’ and ‘Carefree Days’ stamp sets. Either, being stamped in Versafine Clair ‘Charming Pink’ ink, ‘Mowed Lawn’ distress ink or Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ (2nd gen). A little colour was added using watercolour pencils.

The sentiment was made using one of the choices from the ‘Carefree Days’ stamp set. This was stamped onto some black card using Versamark before being heat embossed with Wow superfine opaque bright white embossing powder and fussy cut out.

Finally, the flower and sentiment were added to the ATC using some 3D mounts and acrylic glue. A few water droplet gems finish of the ATC with a flourish.

I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge this month. Thanks Jane Tyrrell for another brilliant ATC swap and I can’t wait till the next one.

There’s definitely chaos in creativity and nature! The card I sent with the ’June in Bloom’ Visible Image ATC swap tries to capture both! For my creation I’ve chosen the amazing ‘Carefree Days’, ‘Sketched Tulips’, ‘Into the Woods’ and ‘Creative Chaos’ stamp sets as well as the ‘Art Spheres #1’ stencil.

Finally, the background was mounted onto black card and a white card blank. The sentiment was added using some 3D mounts and acrylic glue. A few water droplet gems finish of the card.
