A Little Green Must Be Seen - March 2026 Visible Image ATC Swap

ATC

‘A Little Green Must Be Seen’ is the theme for the March 2026 ATC swap over on the Visible Image Facebook page. I have started to love using green in my makes so really enjoyed putting this to the test for my March makes. For my ATC I’ve used the fabulous ‘Fly High’ stamp set as well as the incredible ‘Creative Chaos’ set and ‘Leafy’ stencil.

To start, I took an ATC sized piece of white card and added splatters of green using the stamping block method. I smeared distress inks in ‘Bundled Sage’, ‘Shabby Shutters’ and ‘Old Paper’ onto a stamping block and spritzed with water before dabbing this onto the ATC. I love the mottled effect this gives to the background. Some background elements from the ‘Creative Chaos’ set were then added to the background using the same colour of distress inks.

The ‘Leafy’ stencil was then placed over one corner of the ATC and ‘Bundled Sage’ distress ink and distress sparkle texture paste blended through it before leaving to dry.

Up next, the main floral image from ‘Creative Chaos’ was stamped out 3 times onto some white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink and heat embossed with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. The head of the flower was then fussy cut out before colouring it in the same way as the ATC background. These were then layered into the corner of the ATC using acrylic glue & 3D mounts.

The small butterflies from the ‘Fly High’ stamp set were then stamped onto the ATC using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink. I wanted to keep these matt so I didn’t emboss them. One of the larger butterflies I had already stamped out was added to the ATC.

To complete the ATC, the sentiment from ‘Fly High’ was stamped onto some white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ ink and heat embossed using Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder before being fussy cut out & edged with ‘Shabby Shutters’ distress ink.

Finally, the sentiment was stuck to the ATC using some acrylic glue. Some white ink and ‘Bundled Sage’ distress spritz spray, plus a few sparkly gems finish the ATC off with a flourish.

Card

The tree blossom has bloomed! This inspired the card I sent alongside the ‘A Little Green Must Be Seen’ March 2026 ATC swap over on the Visible Image Facebook page. For my creation I’ve used the ‘Fly High’ stamp set as well as the ‘Creative Chaos’ set and ‘Leafy’ stencil.

In the same way as the ATC, I took a piece of white card and added splatters of green using the stamping block method. I smeared distress inks in ‘Bundled Sage’, ‘Shabby Shutters’ and ‘Old Paper’ onto a stamping block and spritzed with water before dabbing this onto the card. Some background elements from the ‘Creative Chaos’ set were then added to the background using the same colour of distress inks.

The ‘Leafy’ stencil was then placed over two corners of the background and ‘Bundled Sage’ distress ink brushed through it before some Distress sparkle texture paste was added.

Up next, the main floral image from ‘Creative Chaos’ was stamped out 7 times onto some white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink and heat embossed with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. The head of the flower was then fussy cut out before colouring it in the same way as the card background. These were then layered into a round on the background using acrylic glue & 3D mounts. I also used an element from the ‘Sunflower Dreams’ set to add as the centre of the image before adding some bead paste.

The small butterflies from the ‘Fly High’ stamp set were then stamped onto the card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink. To match the ATC I again kept these matt so I didn’t emboss them.

To complete the card, the sentiment from ‘Creative Chaos’ set was stamped onto some white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ ink and heat embossed using Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder before being fussy cut out & edged with ‘Shabby Shutters’ distress ink.

Finally, the sentiment was stuck to the background using some acrylic glue. The background was then mounted onto some black card and a kraft card blank. Some white ink and ‘Bundled Sage’ distress spritz spray, plus a few sparkly gems finished the card.
