All That Jazz

 

Here’s the second sample I made using the ‘All That Jazz’ stamp set available from Visible Image.

To begin, I took a white piece of card and sprayed it with ‘Tumbled Glass’, ‘Salvaged Patina’ and ‘Stormy Sky’ distress spray stain. Some water droplets were then splattered over the card background. Next up, the main images were stamped onto the background using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ ink and heat embossed with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder.

Other elements from the stamp set were either stamped around the edge of the background or around the main images using Versamark. These were heat embossed with Wow superfine metallic silver embossing powder or Wow superfine opaque bright white embossing powder. The circles were stamped with Versafine Clair ‘Baby Blue’ ink.

The sentiments from the same stamp set were then stamped onto white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ ink and heat embossed with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. These were mounted onto black card.

Before mounting the sentiments the Jazz singers were painted with white watercolour paint from the new Visible Image Large Metallic Watercolour Set.

Finally, the background was added to some black card and a white card blank. The sentiments were added to the card using 3D mounts. Some distress spritz spray (Salvaged Patina) and sparkly sequins and gems finish off the birthday card.
