Mr Frostie Christmas Card

 

Here's ‘Mr Frostie’!!

I started by taking a piece of white card and sprayed ‘Tumbled Glass’, ‘Picked Raspberry’, ‘Kitsch Flamingo’ and ‘Shaded Lilac’ distress spray stain ink over it. Some distress grit paste was then smoothed through the Snowflakes from a Stampers Anonymous mini stencil collection. When dried I sprayed some ‘Kitsch Flamingo’ and ‘Picked Raspberry’ distress spritz spray over the top.

Next up, I die cut out one of the Sizzix ‘Funky Wreaths’ alongside some ‘Holiday Greens’ from some white card.

‘Mr Frostie’ was then stamped onto some white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink before heat embossing with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. They were then coloured in with watercolour pencils and a water brush. The sentiment was stamped onto white card using Versafine Clair ‘Very Peri’ ink before heat embossing the same way.

Finally, the background was added to some black card and a white card mount. All the elements were added using 3D or acrylic glue. Some distress rock candy, Christmas light trim and sparkly gems were added to finish the card
