A Glittering December - Visible Image December 2024 ATC Swap & Card

‘A Glittering December is the theme for the December 2024 ATC swap over on the Visible Image Facebook page. For my ATC I also chose to use the ‘Sketched Snowflakes’ stamp set alongside the sentiment from ‘Sketched Stars’.

To begin, I took an ATC sized piece of white card and sprayed it with ‘Stormy Sky’ and ‘Tumbled Glass’ distress spray stain. The snowflakes from the ‘Sketched Snowflakes’ stamp set were then stamped onto the ATC using Versamark and heat embossed either in Wow opaque superfine bright white embossing powder or Wow sparkling snow embossing powder.

To make the ATC glisten I then sprayed some ‘Hickory Smoke’ distress spritz spray over the top. Some white acrylic paint splatters were added too.

The sentiment from the ‘Sketched Stars’ stamp set was then stamped onto a small piece of white card using Versafine Clair ‘Nocturne’ black ink before heat embossing with Wow superfine clear gloss embossing powder. This was then mounted onto some black card before some wink of stella was added for more sparkle!

Finally, the sentiment was adhered to the ATC using 3D mounts. Some sparkly gems were also added for interest. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenge this month. Thanks Jane Tyrrell for another brilliant ATC swap and I can’t wait till the next one.

Christmas may be over for another year but ‘A Glittering December’ is the theme for the December 2024 ATC swap over on the Visible Image Facebook page. For the card I sent with the ATC I chose to use the ‘Sketched Snowflakes’ stamp set.

The snowflakes from the ‘Sketched Snowflakes’ stamp set were then stamped onto the background using Versamark and heat embossed either in Wow opaque superfine bright white embossing powder or Wow sparkling snow embossing powder.

To make the card sparkle I sprayed some ‘Hickory Smoke’ distress spritz spray over the top. Some white paint splatters and a little wink of stella was used for additional glamour!
